Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Product Manager in Milton Keynes to translate product strategy into execution, shaping the roadmap and delivering high-quality features.

You will own the backlog, write clear user stories, and collaborate with engineering, design and customer-facing teams to improve the user experience on digital platforms. This hands-on role requires strong agile delivery and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in digital product ownership or related roles.
• Experience managing digital platforms and customer-facing applications.
• Strong ability to write clear, actionable user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the agreed product roadmap with the Head of Product.
• Own the backlog with clear prioritisation tied to business goals.
• Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and design through the sprint lifecycle.
• Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Translate user feedback into product improvements.
• Define and track success metrics to inform prioritisation.
