Job summary

BlueOptima in London is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for one of our most business-critical products. You will work with executive leadership, enterprise customers, and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and revenue to drive growth and retention.

The role is senior with high autonomy, reporting to the VP of Product; you will set direction with limited oversight and be accountable for outcomes, including NRR and MAUs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical B2B SaaS Product Management.
• Understanding of selling B2B SaaS and AI products into enterprise organizations.
• Experience with developer productivity and agentic AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for the product and align it with key metrics (NRR, MAUs).
• Provide technical and design leadership, shaping frontend UX and data architecture discussions.
• Engage with enterprise customers and prospects in sales cycles as a credible product voice.
