Job summary

Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement, seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the product roadmap and backlog. You will partner with engineering and design teams to deliver value across mobile and web platforms, while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration and clear user stories.

You will help define metrics, prioritise initiatives, and ensure timely delivery through iterative sprints in a hybrid Milton Keynes environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of digital product ownership or related roles.
Experience with customer-facing applications and digital ecosystems.
Strong backlog management and ability to write clear user stories.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Product to deliver the agreed product roadmap.
Own and manage the product backlog with clear prioritisation.
Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering and design throughout sprint lifecycles.
Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Break down roadmap initiatives into well-scoped increments.
Triages and prioritises user-reported issues with support and engineering.
Drive resolution through the sprint process and communicate timelines.
Identify patterns in user feedback and translate into product improvements.
Define and track success metrics to inform prioritisation.
