Job summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own onboarding for Street.co.uk, our sales and lettings CRM. Onboarding is critical as switching CRM means moving years of data, setting up branches, roles and permissions, and getting every agent confident from day one. That makes onboarding one of the most important areas for our growth.

Qualifications

• Roughly 5+ years of Product/UX Design experience (SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus).
• Fluent in Figma and confident with modern design systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools across your workflow, including for shipping small changes directly to production.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for Street.co.uk, our sales and lettings CRM.
• Identify problems, decide what matters, and work with onboarding team, PMs, engineers and support to fix them.
• Move from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and test in-browser.
