Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Designer for a fixed-term opportunity within a Global Design Team supporting International Wealth and Premier Banking. Qualifications

• Experience in UX and UI design in fast-paced or large-scale environments.
• Experience with UX writing and crafting user-centered copy.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong portfolio showing responsive, mobile-first design with impact.
• Familiarity with user journey mapping, UI/UX research, and workflow design.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and how to implement them.
• Experience in Agile or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in banking, wealth or premium banking products.

Responsibilities

• User-centred design thinking: empathise with users, solve problems from the customer perspective, conduct research to gather insights (qualitative and usability testing).
• Wireframing & prototyping: translate ideas into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Visual design: manage visual elements, motion, micro-interactions and visual hierarchy.
• Interactive design: create intuitive experiences for user interaction.
• Information architecture: structure content with clear hierarchy.
• Communication: explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Curiosity: improve the customer experience continuously.
• Deliver end-to-end design work: sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes and final visuals.
• Collaborate across markets to understand cultural nuances and regulatory requirements.
• Advocate for design excellence and present concepts effectively to influence decisions.
• User journey mapping, usability testing, and interface audits.
• Participate in design critiques to iterate and improve outcomes.
• Explain design rationale to stakeholders and peers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and accessibility standards.
• Elevate design quality and maintain a world-class UI design bar for deliverables.
