Job summary

9fin is looking for a senior product analyst to lead analytics from instrumentation to strategic insight. You’ll own North Star Metrics, build robust data models in dbt, and partner with engineering to ensure trustworthy event data across Amplitude and our Omni layer.

You’ll translate complex analyses into clear roadmaps and drive product impact. Ideal candidates bring strong SQL, cloud data warehousing, and modern BI experience, with a focus on governance, dashboards, and cross‑team

Qualifications

• Proven product analytics experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Expert SQL for complex analysis and reusable datasets.
• dbt and a cloud data warehouse with production models, tests and docs.
• Modern product analytics tooling with Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• BI with a semantic layer and metric definitions across teams.
• Strong communicator who translates analysis into concise narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own product analytics end-to-end from instrumentation to insight.
• Define North Star Metrics for each product team and implement them across sources.
• Build and maintain product data models and the Omni semantic layer.
• Design and govern event taxonomy and PRD tracking specs with eng teams.
• Analyze post-launch adoption, retention, and activation by persona.
