Job summary

Awin is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to help product teams make better decisions by grounding discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and delivery in quantitative evidence. You’ll work with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers to connect behavioural data with qualitative insights and commercial impact.

You’ll own analytics across product teams, build dashboards in Amplitude, define hypotheses for experiments, and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SQL and large datasets.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap).
• Experience supporting product experiments and interpreting results.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner across cross-functional product teams to shape strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Translate goals and hypotheses into questions, metrics and success criteria.
• Analyse funnels, activation, engagement, retention and segments to identify opportunities.
• Define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture with engineering.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to connect customer behaviour with business impact.
• Communicate findings clearly and recommend actions to product leadership.
