Job summary

Awin in London is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to empower product teams with quantitative evidence across discovery, prioritisation, experimentation and delivery. You’ll work with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers to tie customer behaviour to business outcomes.

You’ll own analytics work, help define tracking, build dashboards in Amplitude, support experiments with clear hypotheses and success metrics, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in product analytics or a product-focused data role.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and storytelling.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as analytics partner across cross-functional product teams to shape strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Turn strategic goals and hypotheses into clear questions and metrics.
• Analyse customer journeys, funnels, activation, retention and segments.
• Identify behavioural patterns and opportunities for improvement using product data.
• Support prioritisation by establishing baselines and estimating impact.
• Define tracking requirements with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate data capture.
• Design and evaluate product experiments with hypotheses and guardrail metrics.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to connect customer behaviour with business outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
