Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Analyst in London to help product teams make evidence-based decisions by combining quantitative data with qualitative insights. You will connect behavioural data with user research and commercial findings to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Engineers to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable exploring large or complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with a product analytics platform such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap or equivalent.
• Experience supporting product experiments and A/B tests, including defining hypotheses and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the analytics partner across cross-functional product teams, using data and insights to shape product strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
• Help teams translate strategic goals and hypotheses into questions, metrics and success criteria.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, activation, adoption, engagement, retention and segments to identify opportunities.
• Define tracking requirements and collaborate with Product & Engineering to ensure accurate data capture.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to connect customer behaviour with commercial outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
