Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a fixed-term contract to enhance the customer journey across our website and app. You will deliver data-driven insights, monitor KPIs, and shape product decisions in close partnership with product managers, UX, and data science teams.

You’ll translate complex data into actionable recommendations, identify improvement opportunities, and help prioritise work that drives user engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Google BigQuery and Tableau/Looker.
• Experience with Snowplow and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation and pain points.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs for the Product Manager.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and data scientists.
• Mentor others and share knowledge with the team.
