Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Product Analyst on a Fixed‑Term contract within our Customer Product Analytics team to deliver data‑driven insights and optimize the product experience across our website and app.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, work with product managers, UX teams and data scientists, drive experiments (A/B testing) and help shape the global user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, E-Commerce Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools and strong understanding of user behavior data collection across analytics platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Use data-driven insights to understand user navigation, locate pain points and propose solutions.
• Provide performance insights and monitor KPIs, communicating findings to the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX teams and business to assess opportunities and prioritise tasks with maximum customer impact.
