Job summary
Stantec is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our UK Water team, delivering clean water and wastewater projects across multiple locations including Cardiff, Manchester and Bristol. You’ll lead process design work, mentor others and collaborate with a range of specialists to deliver resilient infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (or related).
- Experience in process engineering within water/wastewater sectors.
- Practical experience with water/wastewater treatment processes and process optimization.
- Experience developing process calculations, mass balances, hydraulic assessments.
Responsibilities
- Develop process engineering solutions across water treatment and infrastructure projects.
- Undertake and review process calculations, mass balances and hydraulic assessments.
- Own technical work packages and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support design from feasibility to construction support.
- Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental specialists.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide practical engineering advice.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.
- Contribute to bids, frameworks and continuous improvement.
