Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our UK Water team, delivering clean water and wastewater solutions across a range of projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients to turn concepts into practical designs.

The role offers hybrid working in multiple UK locations, opportunities to mentor colleagues and contribute to bids and frameworks across the water sector.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in process engineering within water, wastewater or related sectors.
• Experience developing process calculations, mass balances and hydraulic assessments.
• Ability to lead technical tasks within multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop process engineering solutions across clean water and wastewater projects.
• Undertake and review process calculations, mass balances, hydraulic assessments and technical deliverables.
• Take ownership of technical work packages within multidisciplinary projects.
• Support process design development from feasibility through detailed design and construction support.
• Contribute to treatment optimisation, asset improvement and infrastructure development programmes.
• Engage with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide practical engineering advice.
