Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the process design for water industry non-infrastructure projects through outline and detailed design, and to provide construction support.

You will develop process models, mass balances, and control philosophies, provide technical assurance, drive innovation for whole-life cost and net-zero, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with clients to deliver best-value solutions.

Competenze

• Chemical Engineering or related Process Engineering degree.
• Chartered status preferred.
• Experience in water and/or wastewater treatment projects.
• HAZOP experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead development of process design deliverables such as process models and mass balances.
• Provide technical assurance for process designs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation to meet whole-life cost and net-zero goals.
• Analyse site performance and develop mitigation strategies to protect project delivery.
• Challenge process selection to ensure best value solutions for clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and coach teams to align resources with project needs.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to defend solutions.
