Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Advisor for AWS Private Equity to lead engagements with PE firms and their portfolio companies. You will build strategic, business, and technical relationships to expand AWS adoption, working with sales, partners, and product teams to shape scalable cloud solutions.

You will engage at the CxO/VP level and translate data-driven insights into compelling value propositions, leveraging AWS services and GenAI capabilities. A strong ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, economics, engineering, or similar.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Business Development team driving AWS market and technical strategy.
• Identify infrastructure needs within key PE portfolio companies; drive engagement through PE firms.
• Execute a strategic business development plan aligning with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PE firms and portfolio leadership to maximize benefits from AWS services.
• Understand and utilize Analytics tools and internal Amazon systems.
• Prepare business reviews to AWS senior leadership on PE engagement progress.
• Act as primary eyes and ears to the PE community for AWS and Amazon.
• Handle high volumes of engagements; scale with GenAI and cloud computing.
