AWS is seeking a Private Equity Senior Leader to shape and deliver AI, cloud migration and growth strategies for PE firms and their portfolio companies. You will lead a team that guides executive-level engagements and drives value through cloud solutions.

In collaboration with sales, product management, partners and marketing, you will coach BDMs and Solutions Architects, develop compelling ROI narratives, and ensure effective cross-functional execution at scale across geographies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 10+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing high performance teams in tech.
• Experience in and deep knowledge of the PE and VC industries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional leader of the PE Business Development team and drive AWS market strategy.
• Escalation point for key PE firms with portfolio companies and infrastructure needs.
• Execute the strategic business development plan with key internal stakeholders.
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Business Development Managers and Solutions Architects.
• Build and coach the team to transfer deep technical skills to customers.
