Job summary

Moore & Tibbits, a Lexcel-accredited high street firm, seeks a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join the Wills and Probate team in Warwick and manage a full caseload.

You will handle wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and estates, and advise on tax and estate planning. At least 5 years PQE and strong client care are essential; STEP qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in private client.
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney experience.
• Experience in administration of trusts and estates.
• Tax and estate planning knowledge.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Lexcel accreditation emphasises client care.

• Manage a full private client caseload within Wills & Probate.
• Provide high-quality advice across wills, LPAs, trusts and estates.

Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving Wills and Probate team.

The role:

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience within private client and have the ability to manage a full caseload. You need to have experience in a range of private client matters including:

• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Trusts
• Administration of Estates
• Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement.
• Tax and estate planning.

The candidate:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE as well as having:

• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to work well as part of an established team
• Excellent IT skills
• Professional, motivated and enthusiastic
• STEP qualification will be advantageous but not essential
