Job summary

Moore & Tibbits Solicitors is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Wills and Probate team. The successful candidate will manage a full private client caseload, including Wills, LPAs, trusts, estates, deeds of variation, gifts and tax planning, with an emphasis on client care.

The role requires at least 5 years PQE, excellent communication, teamwork and IT skills; STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.

Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving Wills and Probate team.

The role

The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience within private client and have the ability to manage a full caseload. You need to have experience in a range of private client matters including:

• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Trusts
• Administration of Estates
• Deeds of Variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement.
• Tax and estate planning.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE as well as having:
