Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its Private Client team in Thames Valley. You will handle a broad range of private client matters and contribute to the firm's reputation for technical excellence.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning.
• Providing practical, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Maintaining an average of only 5+ billable hours per day.

You will likely have:

• A minimum of 2PQE managing your own caseload in Wills, Tax & Trusts and Probate.
• Good experience dealing with clients.
