Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited in Oxford is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join an established Private Client team. You will handle high-quality Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning work, with scope to drive business development and mentor junior colleagues in a collaborative, capable environment.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path and a comprehensive benefits package, with salary £55,000–£75,000 DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE within Private Client.
• Strong experience handling Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Planning matters.
• Experience administering complex and taxable estates.
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring others.
• Ambitious and commercially minded with business development focus.

• Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Administering both taxable and non-taxable estates.
