Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its growing Private Client team across its Aylesbury and Beaconsfield offices. You will manage a varied caseload and advise individuals on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Trusts, while building strong client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, with four days per week in the office, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Between 2 and 5 years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Strong technical knowledge across Private Client work.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising clients on estate planning and wealth preservation matters.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across both offices.

Salary: £45,000+ depending on experience

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with between 2 and 5 years' PQE to join its growing Private Client team across its Aylesbury and Beaconsfield offices.
