Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is helping an Oxford law firm recruit a Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload in Wills, Trusts and Probate.

Based in Oxfordshire with hybrid working, the role targets 8+ years PQE, working with high-net-worth clients and providing strategic estate planning and LPAs advice.

The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, contribute to department growth, and benefit from a discretionary bonus and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP is advantageous.

Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor

Oxford, Oxfordshire | £60,000-£75,000 DOE + Benefits | Hybrid Working

Our client is a well-established law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 8 years' PQE to join its respected Oxford team.

You will manage a varied caseload, advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Inheritance Tax Planning.

The Role

• Draft Wills and advise on trusts, succession planning and asset protection
• Manage probate and estate administration matters
• Advise on LPAs and inheritance tax planning
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the department
• Work collaboratively within an experienced, supportive team

About You

• 8+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP is advantageous
