Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Oxfordshire (Thame) with 5+ years' PQE to join a well-established team. You will manage a varied caseload advising on wills, trusts, tax planning, LPAs, probate and wealth succession, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Strong technical experience across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• STEP qualified or working towards qualification preferred
• Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage your own varied Private Client caseload
• Advise clients on wills and complex estate planning
• Oversee trust creation and administration
• Provide tax and inheritance tax planning guidance
• Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Support probate and estate administration and wealth succession planning

• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Advising on wider wealth and succession planning

About You
