Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to lead Clean Water delivery across the Midlands, Wales and South West, with opportunities based in Birmingham, Redditch, Derby, Cardiff, Bristol or Exeter. You will shape solutions that improve resilience, efficiency and sustainability across major programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional institution.
• Significant Clean Water process engineering experience in the UK.
• Extensive experience across water treatment, process design, optimisation and/or strategic water infrastructure.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of UK water industry standards, regulations and best practice.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineers and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical direction across major Clean Water programmes.
• Develop process solutions and undertake design calculations.
• Coordinate closely with civil, mechanical, electrical and other engineering disciplines.
• Interact with clients, contractors and project managers to build strong relationships.
• Mentor developing engineers and grow technical capabilities within the team.
