Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Principal Process Engineer to lead technical direction on Clean Water projects across the Midlands, Wales and South West. You will shape process strategy, perform design calculations and coordinate with civil, mechanical and electrical teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will mentor engineers, influence project and design decisions, and help grow Stantec’s Clean Water capability in Birmingham, Redditch, Derby, Cardiff, Bristol and Exeter.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Clean Water process engineering within the UK water sector.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and assurance on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of UK water industry standards, regulations and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction across major Clean Water programmes.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines to resolve complex challenges.
• Develop process solutions and perform design calculations for projects.
• Mentor and develop engineers within growing teams.
