You will win work, supply skilled trades, and manage client relationships across construction sectors, ensuring a reliable workforce and compliant candidates.

You will shape the business with directors, travel regularly to sites, and enjoy autonomy to run the desk your way. Grounded in a growing, well-backed agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• Established 360 recruitment consultant with a proven, verifiable track record
• Desk you built and ran yourself, with clients you won and kept
• Full UK driving licence is essential; regular travel to sites across the South West

Aufgaben

• Win and grow accounts with main contractors, sub-contractors, and construction firms across the South West
• Fill orders for labourers and tradespeople quickly and reliably
• Build and maintain a pool of trades and operatives, ensuring site-readiness
• Check CSCS, CPCS/NPORS, trade qualifications, right to work and references
• Understand CIS, worker status, and manage timesheets, rates and margins
• Visit sites, solve problems, handle no-shows and client disputes
• Place site managers and other staff for permanent or contract roles
• Influence processes, rate cards, terms and agency growth
