Higher Success Ltd. in London is seeking a White Collar Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant for a hybrid role (3 days in office).

You will work as a 360 recruiter for White Collar Construction roles across the UK, with salaries typically ranging from £50k to £120k, depending on experience, and a fast-track development plan toward management. You will maintain existing clients, win new business, and attend construction sites to discuss needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years recruitment experience minimum.
• Strong desire to develop and progress.
• Able to commute to Canary Wharf a few times weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 recruitment for White Collar Construction roles in the UK.
• Source and place Site Managers, Architects, Project Managers, Supervisors, Surveyors, QS.
• Develop existing client relationships and win new business.
• Attend construction sites to meet clients and discuss requirements.
• No initial people management; potential mid-term leadership up to director level with training.
