Aviva’s Darwin team seeks a Senior Pricing Specialist to own customer pricing end-to-end, using data and innovative methods to improve risk assessment and margin across a dynamic motor insurance market. You’ll join a tech-led team that blends startup agility with insurer scale and support.

You’ll work with Python, SQL and Tableau to extract insights, drive pricing decisions and deliver tangible business value while collaborating with underwriting and analytics partners in London.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of general insurance pricing, preferably motor insurance.
• Commercial mindset focused on delivering business value through data-driven decisions.
• Advanced statistical modelling and analytical skills with automation capability.
• Proficient with Python/SQL/Tableau to extract insights from large datasets.
