You'll join a tech-led team within Darwin, using Python, SQL and Tableau to build models, automate insights and push pricing innovation across risk and margin. A strong commercial mindset and deep pricing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong insurance industry knowledge, with pricing experience in general insurance and motor insurance preferred.
• Commercial mindset focused on delivering business value through data-led decisions.
• Advanced statistical modelling and ML skills to automate insight generation and pricing actions.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and Tableau to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Understanding end-to-end pricing from data through to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer pricing across risk and margin, taking ownership from data to deployment.
• Identify opportunities, develop pricing solutions and drive pricing innovation.
• Shape the future of pricing using data, insight and automation within a fast, flexible engine.
