Aviva plc is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join the Home Retail Pricing team in London or Leeds. You will use market insight, advanced modelling, and data analytics to develop pricing recommendations that support business growth while delivering great customer outcomes.

Collaborating with a range of stakeholders, you’ll assess pricing performance, build pricing models, and provide analytical expertise to shape business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in general insurance pricing or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience using data and modelling tools such as SQL, Radar, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytical software.

• Develop pricing recommendations that support growth and customer outcomes.
• Assess pricing performance, build and maintain pricing models, and provide analytical expertise.
