Eames Consulting is seeking a Pricing Data Scientist in London to join a dynamic Telematics and Data Science team. You will build risk pricing models for motor insurance, coding in Python and owning the end-to-end model workflow from development to deployment.

The role emphasizes autonomy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal sign-off, focusing on practical pricing improvements for personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing or data science within insurance (personal/commercial lines preferred).
• Strong Python and Databricks skills for building pricing models.
• Ability to own the model deployment process and productionization.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models for motor insurance to improve risk selection and profitability.
• Build and validate pricing features and models using historical data.
• Own end-to-end model workflow from development to deployment into production.

This opportunity is one of the fastest growing motor insurers in the UK, trading across numerous classes. You'll join the Telematics and Data Science team, taking on an innovation focused position.

Databrick is the primary platform the team utilise, couple with an in-house deployment solution. You'll be responsible for risk pricing builds, coding in python, owning the model process to deploy models into production.
