Hastings Direct is seeking a Senior Pricing/Data Analytics Analyst to lead complex pricing investigations across datasets, build tooling, and collaborate with developers to embed solutions within the YouDrive pricing team.

You will communicate findings to both technical and business stakeholders, ensuring post-live validation of pricing changes and strong governance of analytics projects. Hybrid working with strong data and pricing focus is offered.

Formación

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience in data investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of projects and investigations.
• Experience supporting and developing junior analysts.
• Experience of UK insurance, motor or general would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and lead on the resolution of complex pricing issues, incidents and complaints.
• Build and enhance tooling that support pricing analysis, validation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers to embed new tooling into the pricing team.
• Communicate complex findings clearly across technical and business audiences.
• Coordinate the implementation and post-live validation of pricing changes.
