Hastings Direct is seeking a Pricing Data & Analytics professional in Greater London to lead complex pricing investigations and build tools that enhance analysis and decision-making. You will collaborate with developers to embed new tooling and communicate findings across technical and business audiences.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, post-live validation of pricing changes, and mentoring junior analysts within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience in data investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of projects and investigations.
• Experience supporting and developing junior analysts.
• UK insurance, motor or general would be advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and lead on the resolution of complex pricing issues, incidents and complaints.
• Build and enhance tooling that support pricing analysis, validation and decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers to embed new tooling into the pricing team.
• Communicate complex findings clearly across technical and business audiences.
• Coordinate the implementation and post-live validation of pricing changes.
