Job summary

Reed & Mackay Internal is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive Commercial Pricing across Navan Premier services. The role requires a coordinated commercial approach to pricing, stakeholder communications, and a strong analytical mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyse complex MI for tenders, prepare bespoke pricing, and support negotiations with clients globally. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or Asana are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pricing or Revenue Management.
• Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel.
• Experience with Asana and Power BI desirable.

This position is focused on the delivery of Commercial Pricing across Navan Premier services. The role requires a coordinated commercial approach to pricing and relationship management in a complex and fast-paced environment. This is a varied role best suited to a team player with a high level of commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and consolidate complex MI for global tenders.
• Prepare bespoke pricing for new prospects and current clients dependent upon profile, market and preferences under specific instructions and tight deadlines.
• Assist our Client Success and Sales teams in tender/re-tender situations, providing clarity and support in negotiations.
• Work collaboratively with team members on delivery of project based analytical work.
• Develop and maintain an effective and professional relationship with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Partake in external calls with our clients, communicating clearly and effectively to arrive at the best solution for all parties.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in a Pricing or Revenue Management environment.
• An attention to detail, an analytical mind, and a conscientious approach.
• Strong numerical skills and an advanced level understanding of Excel is essential, with demonstrable ability to interpret data sources to identify areas of opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence and ability to always communicate effectively and professionally.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude with an ability to multi-task.Experience in utilising Asana and Power BI also desirable.
