Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior Pre Construction Manager to join their major fit-out projects in Central London. The role focuses on coordinating design, managing risk, ensuring pricing accuracy, and delivering programmes for high-value commercial offices.

You will lead design and technical coordination, drive tender strategy, and protect business interests across CAT A & B schemes, with a competitive package and travel/bonus provisions.

Qualifications

• Commercial background in construction or fit-out sectors.
• Experience in pre-construction management and coordination.
• Currently employed by a fit-out contractor with active projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage design coordination and integration across disciplines.
• Lead risk management and contract risk assessment.
• Oversee tender and bid strategy development.

Our client is a privately held commercial contractor headquartered in the City of London. They are a reputable fitout contractor with over £100 million turnover! They currently have multiple commercial office CAT A & B fitout projects valued at £10 mill in Central London.

They are looking for a Senior Pre Construction Manager with a commercial background. The role will include managing design, contract risk, making sure price is right, the programme and how they will deliver for the client and also protect the business.
