Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in family support or child protection.
• Strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality social work assessments and interventions for families.
• Lead and supervise a team of social workers and support staff.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive family support.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation per local policies.
