Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Experience with children and families in statutory social care.
• Understanding safeguarding, child protection and legislation.
• Confident in assessing risk and delivering interventions.
• Skilled communicator; able to build relationships and work restoratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a complex caseload as Family Help Lead Practitioner.
• Develop Family Help Plans with partner agencies to ensure coordinated support.
• Chair and contribute to Child in Need, core group and strategy meetings; undertake risk assessments.
