Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in children's social work, family support and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans with families and other professionals.
• Provide direct support and guidance to families navigating challenges and resources.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
• Participate in multi‑agency safeguarding meetings and contribute to care planning.
