Job summary

The Mount Group Practice in Doncaster is seeking a motivated part-time Manager to join our established team. You will work with GP Partners, Practice staff and the Management Team to lead operational, financial, and HR functions.

The role requires primary care management experience, GCSEs, and strong communication skills. You will drive policy updates, performance improvement and regulatory compliance to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
• Leadership or Management Qualification.
• Experience working in Primary Care, Good IT Skills.
• Experience of Performance Management and workforce planning.
• Experience of working in a GP practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational, strategic and financial management of the practice.
• Oversee regulatory compliance (CQC, GDPR, Health & Safety) and IT systems.
• Manage HR and workforce development, recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate funding, contracts and partnerships within the PCN.
• Drive service improvement and business resilience planning.
