Operose Health is recruiting a General Practitioner to deliver high-quality clinical care at our on-site GP surgery. You will work with clinical leads to support the operational plan and participate in governance activities.

The role involves in-person and remote consultations, triage, results, and prescriptions, with a patient-centred approach. You should hold GMC registration, be on the NHS performers list, and have GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration and NHS performers list.
• GP accreditation (MRCGP) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, and CQUINs.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.
• Commitment to delivering high quality, patient-focused services.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery and collaborate with clinical leads to meet the surgery's operational plan.
• Participate in clinical governance activities and improve health outcomes through audits and QOF.
• Provide clinical care including in-person, video, telephone triage, results, reviews, and prescription signing.
• Maintain GMC standards and prioritise patient care at all times.
• Contribute to the practice action plan including list growth, patient satisfaction, KPI targets and cost management.
