Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is looking for a commercially minded Senior PPC Executive to join the Performance Marketing team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will drive paid search across Manchester and other airport brands, optimise campaigns and deliver against revenue targets.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage budgets, run testing, and provide insights through reporting tools. A strong PPC background and certifications are required, with a collaborative, data-driven approach

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPC experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising structures and bidding.
• Experience planning and optimising paid search across multiple brands.
• Strong PPC metrics knowledge: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate.
• Data-driven with ability to optimise campaigns using insights.
• Experience with A/B testing across campaigns and landing pages.
• Google Ads certification; Microsoft Advertising certification desirable.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the PPC Manager to deliver targets and KPIs across accounts.
• Create and implement a structured testing strategy for performance gains.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve campaign efficiency.
• Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and optimise accordingly.
• Conduct A/B and pre/post testing across campaigns and pages.
• Monitor industry developments and best practices in PPC.
• Help deliver significant revenue through effective paid search management.
