Digital Gurus in Macclesfield is seeking a Senior PPC Executive to lead Google Ads activity across multiple products and markets. You will own Search and Performance Max campaigns, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hands-on Google Ads management experience.
• Strong experience with Search and Performance Max.
• Proven understanding of lead generation and performance metrics.
• Experience managing large budgets and scaling campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads features, bidding strategies and account structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets.
• Develop strategies across products, regions and audience segments.
• Build and optimise Performance Max asset groups, audience signals and feed strategies.
• Analyse performance against leads, CPL, ROAS, ROI and EPL.
• Refine bidding strategies, campaign structures and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with data, tracking, design and media teams.
• Contribute to reporting, testing roadmaps and wider paid search strategy.
• Stay up to date with Google Ads developments, automation and AI tools.
