Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development or account management in power/energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of power conversion technologies, power electronics and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Power Conversion Solutions in the European data centre market.
- Build and maintain relationships with data centre developers, operators, consultants, EPC contractors and end users.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted accounts and strategic projects.
- Lead technical and commercial customer discussions throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Support tendering activities, commercial proposals, contract negotiations and bid strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver against sales, profitability and business growth targets while contributing to long-term strategy.
