Toyota Financial Services (TFS) seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager on a two-year fixed term contract. You will lead the UK Change Portfolio, govern enterprise-wide change standards, and report to executives.

The role includes line management of UK Project Managers and Business Analysts, and ownership of the Portfolio Management Framework. You will also oversee the PMO, ensure alignment with TFS Europe (EAR) governance, and deliver targeted PM/BA activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide change portfolios and PMO governance.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-project initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern the enterprise-wide TFS UK Change Portfolio and reporting.
• Line manage UK Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Develop and maintain Portfolio Management Framework and PMO processes.
• Ensure alignment with EAR governance and portfolio requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement of PMO and project management practices.
