Job summary

TLT LLP in Bristol is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join the Transformation and Operations team on a fixed-term 12‑month basis. You will drive delivery maturity, oversee project teams and provide strategic coaching to ensure high-quality, user-centred transformation across the firm.

You will work with Directors and Partners to embed standards, shape the change roadmap and deliver programmes spanning technology, operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to coach and mentor delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working with Directors and Partners.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set clear performance expectations for delivery teams.
• Deliver change management strategy aligned to the roadmap.
• Manage resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Ensure governance, processes and standards are followed.
• Guide business case creation with defined scope and benefits.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio risks and issues.
• Oversee full programme lifecycle with onsite presence when needed.
• Implement tools to measure and reinforce desired behaviours.
• Advise Head of Transformation and Operations as needed.
