Job summary

SubSea Craft, a UK-based maritime technology company, is seeking a Portfolio Analyst/PMO professional to transform data across multiple projects into senior leadership insights. The role reports to the Head of Portfolio Control and focuses on maturing data capture, hygiene, and reporting to improve portfolio visibility.

The role requires experience in portfolio control, governance, and data analytics, with strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive, independent working style.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, PMO, program controls, or similar roles within engineering or complex delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Commitment to data quality, hygiene, and actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather KPI, schedule, cost, risk, dependency, and workforce data to maintain dashboards for leadership.
• Support portfolio governance, financial controls, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and categorize new initiatives to provide portfolio visibility.
• Act as a liaison between program teams, finance, and senior stakeholders to align plans and reporting.
• Drive improvements in data capture, reporting standards, and tools to enhance portfolio performance.
