itecopeople is seeking a proactive Portfolio Analyst to join its central PMO and support a high-profile change portfolio. You will turn delivery data into concise, actionable insight for Sponsors, Executives, and Board-level stakeholders.

The role focuses on delivering accurate portfolio reports, dashboards and governance packs, while helping improve PMO tools and data quality in a remote-first environment with occasional travel to London or Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering portfolio reports and dashboards for governance.
• Strong data analysis skills to translate complex data into insights.
• Ability to communicate findings to senior stakeholders clearly.
• Comfort with remote-first work and multi-priority delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality portfolio reports, dashboards and analysis highlighting trends, risks and issues.
• Maintain forward-looking views of milestones, dependencies and cross-programme impacts.
• Validate resource demand and capacity with Delivery Managers and PMO colleagues.
• Support governance forums with accurate pack preparation and artefacts.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and reduce manual work.
