• Ensure Portering service runs smoothly and efficiently, liaising with Portering Manager.
• Prepare staff rotas using Healthroster and supervise Portering team.
• Carry out staff appraisals, training and Return to Work interviews.
• Assist with recruitment and manage time sheets, sickness and leave records.
• Oversee out-of-hours non-clinical services and respond to urgent requests.
