Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Senior PMO Officer to oversee a major offshore wind project in the Netherlands. The role will set up project planning, milestone schedules, interdependencies and risk assessments, and monitor deliverables.

You will coordinate capacity and resource allocation, manage project documentation, ensure progress reporting, and prepare communications for stakeholders, the project team and steering committee, including meeting organisation.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education in engineering, finance or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project support within a Project Management environment.
• Certified in Prince2, IPMA-D or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee the project planning, milestone dates, programme interdependencies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project deliverables and manage project documentation.
• Set up and analyse capacity and resource allocation.
• Ensure progress reporting takes place and proactively co-identify risks and issues.
• Prepare communication to inform and engage stakeholders, project team & the steering committee.
• Preparation and organisation of relevant meetings.
