Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking an O&M Technical Project Manager for a major offshore wind farm project in Poland. You will coordinate technical topics and oversee O&M during construction, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project timelines.

The role requires a strong technical degree and 5+ years in offshore wind; experience with O&M activities is preferred. You will work closely with the Technical Lead to manage reviews, witness points, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or other relevant degree.
• 5+ years of experience related to technical areas of Offshore Wind.
• Experience with offshore O&M activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Manage various technical topics and assignments related to O&M during Construction.
• Finalize technical review of BoP O&M Manuals and As-Built documentation from Construction.
• Technical witness during certain Quality Witness Points during Construction.
• Support Technical Lead in keeping an overview of technical requests and activities with O&M.
• Ensure technical aspects of O&M setup comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
